Brother Francis Presents Adventure Catechism Curriculum - First Holy Communion and Reconciliation (Textbook)

This series introduces students to the teachings of our Catholic faith in a systematic way. It is also meant to help them develop a deep and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. The program has been developed with schools, parishes, and families in mind. This text has been organized first, to introduce students to the fundamentals of our faith - Who God is, the life f Jesus and Paschal Mystery, Mary and the Church. Then, the focus shifts to sacraments, particularly the Sacraments of Initiation and Reconciliation. Finally, the last few chapters focus on prayer, and helping students develop a prayer life. This program is intended to help students prepare for the wonderful events of their first Reconciliation and first Holy Communion, and to make these sacraments a regular part of a vibrant faith life. Celebrate them and encourage the students to receive these sacraments often!
