Some have come from other Christian traditions, or from other faith communities, or simply from a background where they had only a vague belief in God or some kind of supernatural power. Their search for truth and spirituality is inspiring, revealing, and full of insights into how you make sense of your life in an often confusing world, full of conflicting messages. These stories, ordinary and extraordinary, which include a former gangster and a former Government Minister, a one-time National Front activist, a newspaper tycoon, a scientist, and the director of one of Britain's leading ballet companies, highlight the old adage that God moves in mysterious ways. What's more, they show that both Christ and His Church are very much alive and active in our hi-tech world, despite what much of the media would like us to believe. Underpinning these, sometimes dramatic, stories are the words of Christ: 'Seek and you shall find'.
