About the Author Caroline Fisher is a naturopath, speaker, and mother of three. Caroline lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with her husband and children. Her passions and various projects revolve around the Theology of the Body (TOB), theology in general, natural medicine, and children. Caroline enjoys yoga and likes to catch waves with her boys (when she's not falling off her board) but her greatest loves are God, her family, and the people in her life. She believes that we are a gift, and every soul is sacred; and to truly nourish the body one must also nourish the spirit within.
